All order/packages are processed Monday through Friday, with the exceptions of National Holidays as most carriers are also closed for the day.
All orders are shipped using our signature packaging and are shipped with carrier insurance during transit. The insurance is released to the client once package arrives to shipping facility

We currently use USPS First Class Mail Service, delivery takes between 4-8 business days. USPS Priority Mail Service is also offered with 1-4 business days delivery time. During peak season, there may be a delay in shipping.
For International orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to indications of potential fraud alerts.
For any shipping related issue, please contact USPS / UPS. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages as well as wrong shipping addresses.
Missing Order: Should your order show as delivered and you have yet to have the order in your possession, please submit a claim with the carrier as they will assist you in filing a dispute and compensation. Casa Blanca is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery.
